At The World’s Edge Festival 2023 is seeking a young NZ composer to receive personalised composition mentoring from Salina Fisher, the youngest ever composer to win the SOUNZ Contemporary Award back in 2016.

Selected through a nationwide application process in May, the successful applicant will receive mentoring from Salina Fisher over the five-month period prior to the October 2023 festival, supported to write a string chamber work of approximately five minutes in length.
