Applications are open for the Record Enable Award, through the New Horizons for Women Trust (NHWTHK) – Hine Kahukura.

There are two awards of $2000 for women starting out in audio/music production to buy software, hardware, and any equipment needed to help develop their craft. 

Applicants need to self identify as a woman, be an NZ resident or citizen, and be enrolled into a course for audio engineering and/or music production, or have had a first technical credit within the past year. Technical meaning engineer, assistant engineer, producer, mixer etc.

This award is aimed at women starting out with building their craft. Applications close on April 15.
