Applications are open for Dame Malvina Major Foundation Arts Excellence Awards, with up to $5,000 available for young performing artists with outstanding ability and real development potential.

The Auckland and Waikato committee of the Dame Malvina Major Foundation will select this year’s recipients of the Arts Excellence Awards through an assessment and audition process in early May.

Applications will close on April 7. More info here.

Applicants will be required to perform for a panel in Auckland on May 5.
