Saturday, December 18 marked the final of the 2021 Battle Of The Bands with Tāmaki Makaurau singer-songwriter Mema Wilda winning the first prize.

Te Whanganui-A-Tara band Dave And The Dirty Humans placed second, with a tie for third place between House of Ousey and Little Sunday, both from Auckland.
