SOLE Music Academy has announced its upcoming Speaker Series in support of Canterbury artists and emerging music professionals.
The three-event series will take place in May at the SOLE Music Academy Studios in Addington, Ōtautahi Christchurch.
The 10 guest speakers come from a range of genre backgrounds including rock, reggae, soul, RnB, indie, electronic and dance. Barnaby Weir (The Black Seeds), hip hop, rapper JessB and internationally respected producer Greg Haver (Melanie C, The Spice Girls) are just some of the speakers that will be sharing gems of knowledge and advice to help further your music career.
Performance & Production: With Barnaby Weir, Eddie Kiesanowski (Pretty Stooked) and Dan and Corban of Twominds Festival.
Branding & Development: With JessB, design guru Becca Barclay of Sugar & Spice Agency and Chris Close of Winegum Records, a local label and management to artists such as Mousey & Mim Jensen.
Music Industry: Hosting Greg Haver of NZ Producers Guild, Jeff Newton of NZ On Air and Mike Hall of APRA.
