Organisers of Auckland’s 2021 Pro Audio Showcase, scheduled for Wednesday, September 15 and Thursday, September 16, say the 2021 get-together will be the biennial trade expo’s biggest of the last decade, with a dozen exhibitor stands already locked in.
NZ’s own Pro Audio Showcase is an industry-led event established and supported by a trio of audio specialist suppliers – Sound Techniques, Protel and Oceania Audio Sales.
In a world where almost all international shows have fallen off the calendar due to Covid restrictions, a broad collection of the nation’s leading local pro audio equipment distributors will be exhibiting together over the two days of PAS 2021, showing their ranges of professional audio and music-making equipment, providing hands-on testing opportunities, assistance and advice.
“Almost as valuable as the customer facetime it provides exhibitors, and learning opportunities for those attending, is the all-too-rare opportunity for the specialists active in this aspect of the entertainment sector to simply get together, network and catch up,” says PAS event manager Richard Thorne.
Leading NZ pro audio distributors confirmed as exhibitors also include Amber Technology, Australis Music Group, Deity Microphones, NAS Solutions, Livesound, NSL, MusicWorks Pro and STL Audio. The PAS 2021 event is being staged at Auckland’s Victory Church, near Victoria Park in Freemans Bay. Entry is free, but does require pre-registration via the event’s Facebook page.
