The Music Managers Forum Aotearoa has announced a flagship professional development program, Co-Pilot, in partnership with the Association of Artist Managers Australia and Spotify.

For the first time this year, the mentoring program has been expanded from Australia to include two NZ managers. Participants will learn how to re-future their business models to the evolving music industry landscape, with a Spotify strategy being key to those plans. Participants will also receive $2000 funding upon completion of the program.

Alongside 10 Australian participants, two Aotearoa artist managers will be supported with:

• A four-month mentorship with an established Australian manager
• An in-person introductory workshop day at Spotify HQ in Sydney
• A one-on-one session with Spotify
• A series of virtual professional development workshops

Applications are now open to MMF Aotearoa members. Applications close on May 31.
