The participants for SongHubs 2020 have been announced, among them some of our finest songwriters and producers.

SongHubs is a week-long collaborative songwriting retreat held at Roundhead Studios that brings international songwriters to Auckland to join a bunch of our own best, curated by producer Greg Haver. The aim is to finish the week with new music that has the potential to be completed and crafted into something each songwriter would be proud to release.

Participating as songwriters will be Ash Wallace (Foley), Camila Roa Nunez (Amila), Finn Andrews (The Veils), Hugh Ozumba (Unchained XL), James Milne (Lawrence Arabia), Jon Lemmon, Julia Morris (Lexxa), Kingdon Chapple Wilson (Kings), Lepani Tuifagalele, Mona Sanei (Chaii), Paige Taipara, Possum Plows (Xemo), Rob Ruha and Sophie Mashlan.

The producer participants are Abigail Knudson (Missy), Devin Abrams (Pacific Heights), Josh Naley (Wells), Rory Noble and Will Henderson.

This year, four Swedish songwriters will travel to NZ to share their knowledge and collaborate with our writers; namely Sara Hjellström (aka Shy Martin), Nirob Islam (aka Shy Nodi), Julia Karlsson and Anton Rundberg.
