Kiwi band City Of Souls and ambient musician Peter Haeder have scored silver medals for outstanding achievement in their categories of US-based competition Global Music Awards.

German-born, Auckland-based avantgarde musician Peter Haeder was given a nod for his work Amitabha Mantra from his latest release ‘Healing Vajra’ as runner up for best ambient/spiritual and male vocalist.

City Of Souls entered the music video for their song Water, directed by Ziga Zupancic, also coming in second in their category.
