Recorded Music NZ and APRA have announced the finalists for 2022 Best Jazz Artist and Best Jazz Composition awards.

• Jake Baxendale & Jasmine Lovell-Smith – ‘Sanctuary’
• Myele Manzanza – ‘Crisis & Opportunity Vol.1’

Finalists for APRA Best Jazz Composition:

• Lauren Ellis – Papatūānuku
• Myele Manzanza – Brixton Blues
• Darren Pickering – TA2

The winners of each award will be announced on Radio NZ’s Music 101 on August 13.
